The program for me was so beneficial in so many ways. It taught me and corrected my life imbalances. My mindset to life itself and lifestyle to food intake was totally off balance. Setting boundaries on certain foods has also helped me to set boundaries on certain relationships and situations. I am truly grateful and feel blessed that I met Doreen during a very tumultuous and busy stage of my life. Having Doreen as a WILDFIT coach taught me how to tackle not only my food intake, but most importantly my life!! I will be forever grateful to you Doreen. I joined this program the week I was to start treatment and surgery for growth in the thorax. I did not have any pain or vomiting or lack of appetite. Sleep improved, I woke up energetic, feeling well in the morning with a radiant face. I have realized I can drink ice water while in hospital without pain in my teeth. Clothes fit better and the complement boosted my morale.

When I started the programme, I was 68 kilos… I have a history of PCOS, so I believed irregular periods, inflammation, knee swelling, and skin rashes was just something I would always have to live with. I managed to overcome sugar cravings and my periods became regular and I lost 12 kilos!! While in deep spring, I experienced a lot of detox so Doreen adjusted the programme so that detox symptoms would go slower and not be so intense. I greatly appreciate her dedication and commitment to getting people living healthier lives.

Thanks to Wildfit, I feel a lot lighter because I have released 8 kilos, I have lots of energy. No more chest pains as well as constant heartburn that I used to have before. I’m sleeping so much better and feel well rested in the morning. I’m also spending less because I’m not buying junk foods anymore. My overall diet has improved, and I feel like I have a new lease on life.

I didn’t set out to lose weight… After the program I realised I was feeling a lot lighter and … I had lost 12 kilos!!
